iCash - Scholarship Redemption for Families

What is iCash?

iCash is similar to a gift card. It is the easiest way for churches and Impact 2818 to distribute financial support and scholarships.  Each iCash card contains a code linked to a value that is redeemable for camp registration fees.

Why should I use iCash?

It’s easy and fast.  iCash is the only available method for using any church financial support or scholarship in our online registration process. 

iCash as a Gift!!

This Christmas, give the gift of joy and excitement – tell your kids that they get to go to camp!  Put it in an envelope with a family photo and surpise your child with the gift of adventure..tape it to a camp DVD to invite your child’s friend camp with them, or hang a few on the angel tree at your church for an added blessing to a family in need.  Any way you gift it, iCash is the perfect gift for the holiday season.

How can I get iCash for my child?

• Check with your church to see if they are offering any kind of financial support for Impact 2818 camps
• Apply for an Impact 2818 scholarship (information/form available for download on the brochure DVD/website)

How do I use my iCash online?

Go online to www.impact2818.com to register your child for camp.
There is a 7 digit code on each iCash card.  Enter this code when prompted.
Any registration balance will then appear for you to pay.

How do I use my iCash on a paper registration form?

1. Complete registration form.
2. There is a 7 digit code on each iCash card.  Write this code in the appropriate space.
3. Include payment for balance of registration.
4. Mail or fax registration form.

*Church scholarships not using iCash can be redeemed from the church by including payment with a paper registration.*

Can I purchase iCash cards to help send my family and friends to camp?

Absolutely!  iCash is an incredible evangelical tool to use in sending kids to camp.  Know of a few people who need encouragement in registering for camp?  Purchase a few iCash cards for them to use, one for them and another to give to a friend.  Parents and grandparents – these make great birthday gifts, too!

How do I purchase iCash for family and friends?

1. Call 1.800.783.5138 and talk to Ruth Ellen Needler.
2. Let her know how many cards you’d like to purchase, and in what amounts. (iCash cards may be purchased in any amount)
3. Please have a major credit or debit card on hand for the transaction.
4. You will receive your iCash cards in the mail.
5. Write in your camp suggestion, if any, and the value of the card.
6. Distribute to others and be a part of making disciples for Jesus Christ!

When will the cards expire?

iCash cards expire at the end of each calendar year.  At that point in time, if your iCash cards have not been used, the amount will be contributed to our scholarship fund to help se d other kids to camp.
